Open YouNote and you're greeted with a very nice, simple interface. Along the top are icons representing the five note types. Displayed below that is the list of notes you've created. Just tap one of the icons and start making your new note. Each note, no matter what kind it is, has a title field as well as the actual note field where you can enter text about the note. Below that you can add tags to a note for easy find and sorts. YouNote also uses color labels like you find at the bottom of the Finder menu.
All this adds up to a very capable note taking app that allows you to find and sort the way that you find most useful. Sort by Label, tag, alphabetically or date it's up to you. If you find Apple's Notes app limiting and not all that useful, give YouNote a spin. You'll be glad you did.
